Se tratará sus datos personales con la finalidad de llevar el registro y control de entradas y salidas de las instalaciones de los Responsables, con el objeto de preservar la seguridad de su personal, de las personas que nos visitan, así como del propio inmueble. Por lo tanto y para alcanzar las finalidades antes expuestas, se le recabarán datos personales de identificación, tales como: nombre completo; hora de entrada y salida; correo electrónico; teléfono; asunto y persona a la que vista.
Se tratará sus datos personales con la finalidad de darle soporte técnico y responderle a cualquier duda que nos haga llegar (siempre y cuando la duda esté en relación con algún producto o servicio que haya adquirido o desee adquirir con nosotros). Por lo tanto y para alcanzar las finalidades antes expuestas, se tratarán los siguientes datos personales: nombre, teléfono y correo electrónico.
Para aquellas finalidades que no son necesarias para el cumplimiento de la relación jurídica entre usted y el Responsable, en todo momento se podrá revocar el consentimiento que nos ha otorgado para el tratamiento de sus datos personales, a fin de que dejemos de hacer uso de los mismos. Para ello, es necesario que presente su solicitud ante el Responsable, siguiendo el procedimiento que se señala en la fracción III de este Aviso de Privacidad.
Los Responsables han designado a un encargado de datos personales (el “Oficial de Privacidad”), ante el cual usted podrá presentar sus solicitudes de derechos ARCO y/o la Revocación de su Consentimiento (la “Solicitud ARCO-RC”), mediante envío de electrónico al correo: recepcion@bordarte.com o bien, de manera personal en la oficinas, ubicadas en: Monclova 1430, Col. República Pte, CP 25265, Saltillo Coahuila, México, horario de 10 a 13 horas de lunes a viernes. Usted tiene el derecho de: (i) acceder a sus datos personales en nuestro poder y conocer los detalles del tratamiento de los mismos, (ii) rectificarlos en caso de ser inexactos o incompletos, (iii) cancelarlos cuando considere que no se requieren para alguna de las finalidades señaladas en el presente aviso de privacidad, estén siendo utilizados para finalidades no consentidas o haya finalizado la relación contractual o de servicio, u (iv) oponerse al tratamiento de los mismos para fines específicos, según lo diga la Ley y su Reglamento, (conjuntamente, los “Derechos ARCO”), así como (v) revocar en todo momento su consentimiento para el tratamiento de sus datos personales relacionado con aquellas finalidades no necesarias para el cumplimiento de la relación jurídica entre usted y el Responsable (Finalidad Secundaria), en los términos establecidos por la Ley y su Reglamento. Para el ejercicio de sus Derechos ARCO y/o Revocación de consentimiento, deberá presentar la “Solicitud ARCO-RC” acompañada de la siguiente información y documentación:
El Oficial de Privacidad responderá su “Solicitud ARCO-RC” y los motivos de su decisión mediante un correo electrónico en un plazo máximo de 20 días hábiles contados desde el día en que se haya recibido su “Solicitud ARCO-RC”. En caso de que la Solicitud ARCO-RC se conteste de manera afirmativa o procedente, los cambios solicitados se harán en un plazo máximo de 15 días hábiles. El Responsable podrá notificarle dentro de los plazos referidos en este párrafo la prórroga de los mismos, por una sola vez, por un periodo igual al original. Los Responsables podrán negar el acceso (la “Negativa”) para que usted ejerza sus Derechos ARCO, o bien la Revocación de su consentimiento, en los supuestos que lo permita la Ley y su Reglamento, por lo que deberá informar a usted el motivo de tal decisión. La Negativa podrá ser parcial, en cuyo caso el Responsable efectuará el acceso, rectificación, cancelación, oposición o Revocación de consentimiento en la parte procedente. El ejercicio de los Derechos ARCO será gratuito, pero si usted reitera su solicitud en un periodo menor a doce meses, los costos serán de tres días de Salario Mínimo General Vigente en el Distrito Federal, más I.V.A., a menos que existan modificaciones sustanciales al Aviso de Privacidad, que motiven nuevas Solicitudes ARCO. El medio a través del cual se dará acceso a su información, de conformidad con el artículo 33 de la LFPDPPP, será determinado por los Responsables en atención a la naturaleza de la información solicitada y el medio en el que se encuentre resguardada, pudiendo ser copias simples, documento electrónico, entre otros.
